What is a good chair to solve my lower back problems?

I’ve been to the chiropractor twice now due to misaligned vertebrae in my lower back. I have 2 options for chairs as of a now: an old recliner & a typical $30 computer chair. I will go back to the chiropractor one more time to get realigned, but before I do so I’d like to already have a chair that will end my back problems. I’m sitting for close to 5 hours most week days. Does anyone have a suggestion for a low priced chair (under $100) or some sort of addition to one of my current chair to help me saved hundreds on chiropractor visits?

My back hurts. What can I do?

I am sitting on a chair all day (work). A very bad chair to be more specific. I am thinking about changing the chair, but I don’t know what kinda office chair should I use. I see all kinds of chairs, expensive, and cheap, some of them even look the same but the price difference is huge. But it’s not all about the price. I’d really like to know what to buy, for start I don’t want to think about the price tag. I’d like to know what is best for me.
How should I start searching? What should I look for? Advertisement’s all about comfort, and ergonomics, but they all can say that, and have nothing really. Ads are lying.
What do you think? It’s my health! I play sports, but I’m also sitting 5 x 8 (9?) hours a day in this chair…
